After visiting, several supposedly competent e-bike builders on Facebook and being disappointed with the outcome and monetary outlay, I took my son’s e-bike to be rebuilt and I am astounded with Clemens! he is a perfectionist, and above all, a pleasure to deal with, and very good communicator. Additionally, his prices are very reasonable. Will be coming back again and again. Could not highly recommend more.

Clemens is extremely knowledgeable on ebikes and escooters, including battery, controller, and motor issues. They always have what I need in stock and are a big help with any issues. Prices are fair and they always call before moving forward with any work. Best repair centre I can find. 5 stars 👍

Took my ebike to Clemens to fix the rear brake. The Nutt hydraulic brake set was faulty (common fault) replacement required. I expected this based on research done. He recommend replacing the rotor as well and I decided after some discussion that I would upgrade both front and rear brakes. 203mm rotor and Shimano MT200 brake set front and rear. As I am 115kg it was an easy decision as the Nutt brake set with smaller rotors weren't great, actually bloody terrible in comparison to what I have now. Clemens never over sold, just provided clear information. Great to deal with, very fair price, helpful, extremely happy with the result and service. Highly recommended.

Took my son’s ebike in to get the sprocket removed, Clemens had the tools to get the job done and did it in no time at all. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Have also bought throttle bodies from him too in the past, has everything you need in terms of e-bike and scooters!

I was having trouble with my e-bike and I went to all the shops in the area but no one even looked at it as it was not purchased by them. Clement had a look at it and with his experience and knowledge, fixed the issue on the spot for me. This was such a relief for me. I would highly recommend his services. After visiting several bike repair stores we finally came across a business that is reasonably priced for any sort of repairs that may be needed. We brought my brother’s bike to this place for a brake and disc replacement and got quoted a fair price. Not only that, we were also able to pick the bike up within 2 hrs after drop off without booking. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for someone who is reasonably priced and prompt too. Definitely will be back!!

Bought an e bike online had it delivered and just didn't want to put it together unsafely. I found Clemens on Google rang him and from the start he was a legend. It was so easy. He told me to drop it off, told me what needed to be done, I left he got it done phoned me up, I picked it up eeeeaassyyyy as that.. thanks so much mate highly recommend Clemens to anyone that wants an easy, great priced transaction with great communication and no fuss.. 10/10 👌👌

My e-bike was shutting off while riding so i thought I'd give Electric Pedal Power a try before considering the $$ outlay for a new battery. Clemens analysed the battery which was turned out to be fine, and diagnosed a faulty connection was the issue. He fitted a new connection to the battery and i’m now back up and running. Highly recommend thanks Clemens

Had a minor but annoying rattle from my Segway P65 model escooter. I tightened all that I could see, but Electric Pedal Power fixed the issue . Fast and friendly service. Highly recommend . Gary B

After taking my bike back to 99 bikes for a check they said I needed a new battery ($$$). Not really keen to drop $600 on a new battery or risk a dodgy import. Not unless i KNOW the battery is dead. The battery voltage looked fine and the cell packs looked fine and measured ok but i kept getting power dropouts while riding. Something's obv not ok. Not sure if it was the battery or the bms or the controller... trying to find a tech to look at the actual battery is fraught: so many facebook dodgy offers! !After reading the google reviews I drove the hour+ to Clemens. Clemens is a lovely helpful guy who answers the phone (!!) and text messages. He balanced my eBike battery and sent me before and after photos of the pack levels. Touchwood i rode to work today (not a long trip!) and the bike totally behaved. Hopefully it stays that way! in any event it's better for now and because of Clemens help so $80 and some time and petrol was well spent. Do yourself a favour.... risk a small amount of money and support a local business

Clemens is super knowledgeable and passionate about building his bikes. Bought a great build for a good price it is reliable and has a great range. Very efficient service would highly recommend buying off Clemens.
